Overview The Application Administrator I - IAM will focus on managing digital certificate services and PKI to support critical applications. Responsibilities include building, maintaining, and optimizing PKI environments, ensuring secure digital certificate lifecycle management. Additionally, this role supports broader IAM initiatives such as user authentication, authorization, privileged access, and identity governance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure system access and contribute to IAM standards is essential. Responsibilities Manage enterprise PKI services, including certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and lifecycle management. Configure and support internal and external PKI environments. Assist in migrating from legacy to modern PKI solutions. Handle certificate enrollment, auto-renewal, device trust, and deployment. Monitor PKI operations, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents. Maintain documentation like CPS, SOPs, and system diagrams. Work with security and infrastructure teams to integrate PKI with business systems. Administer cloud-based IAM platforms for SSO, MFA, and user management. Support IAM functions including authentication, authorization, and privileged access. Participate in identity governance design and automation efforts. Ensure compliance with security standards and policies. Provide updates and resolve issues for stakeholders. Qualifications 1+ years experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT operations. Knowledge of PKI, digital certificates, and lifecycle management. Understanding of IAM principles, authentication, authorization, and privileged access. Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, and networking. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Effective communication skills. Willingness to learn PKI, IAM, and cybersecurity best practices. Scripting or automation experience is a plus. Certifications like Security+, Azure Fundamentals are advantageous. Educational Requirements An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Security, or related field, or equivalent experience. Work Days Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
