Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Extrusion Operator to run vinyl extrusion lines, ensuring safe, efficient operation and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate extrusion machinery and auxiliary equipment (heating/cooling units, grinders)
Start up and shut down production lines, including setting cool-down temperatures
Operate resin material feeding systems
Monitor and maintain the quality of extrusions
Use tools and dies effectively to support production
Handle materials and finished products, including lifting up to 100 lbs
Requirements:
Experience in vinyl or plastic extrusion
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with tools, dies, and lift truck operation
Ability to wear steel-toe boots
Physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs
