About Adobe Advertising

Adobe Advertising, part of Adobe's Experience Cloud, helps businesses create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple media channels. It includes a demand-side platform (DSP), a search advertising solution (SSC), and a creative management platform.

  • DSP : Enables customers to centralize purchasing and optimize digital advertising inventory across various channels, including display, video, and CTV.
  • Search, Social, and Commerce Platform : Allows planning, measurement, and optimization of bid strategies using AI across paid search, social, and commerce applications.
  • Adobe Advertising Creative : Reduces timelines by enabling creative changes within a single tag and sequencing creatives in a decision tree model.

Product Marketing Manager Role

This role leads product and business strategy from a Product Marketing perspective. You will ensure our product messaging drives pipeline, expands market share, and supports revenue growth. Collaboration with the Advertising PMM team is essential for successful product launches, messaging, and content development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging aligned with target personas.
  • Support product launches through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Train teams and develop sales collateral to demonstrate product value.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to refine market positioning.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable marketing tactics.
  • Contribute to buyer personas and market mapping.
  • Promote Advertising products through thought leadership and public speaking.
  • Lead within the Product Marketing team and drive innovation within the Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Math; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years in product management or marketing in AdTech or MarTech sectors.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Results-oriented, influential, and proactive in initiative execution.
  • Ability to build credibility with product teams, sales, and customers.
  • Proven longevity and commitment to initiatives over years.
  • Passion for advertising and a strong understanding of technology.
  • Ability to assess market dynamics and focus on impactful areas.

Our compensation range for this position in the U.S. is $141,200 - $249,700 annually, varying by location, experience, and skills. Additional incentives may include sales commissions, annual incentives, and long-term equity awards.
