You'll be at the heart of our core financial strategy, managing the entire P&L, driving data-driven decisions, building complex financial models, and making a real impact on a company revolutionizing our food cycle!

Responsibilities

• Build Sophisticated Financial Modeling & Reporting
• Influencing Key Stakeholders & Executive Leadership
• Own Budget, Forecast, Long-Term Financial Strategy
• Month-End Close Support
• Variance Analysis
• Process Improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role, with exposure to variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting preferred.
• Experience and passion for building highly-complex business models
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advance formulas [xlookup, sumifs, etc.], data analysis).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) or financial reporting software is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or the food sector is a plus.
• This role is not open to Visa sponsorship.

Pay Range: $70,000 - 100,000

Bonus Eligible: Yes

Work Location: Minneapolis, MN

This role requires the ability to commute to Minneapolis on a regular basis. Candidates residing in or near the Minneapolis-St. Paul geographical area are strongly preferred.

*The salary for this role will be based on qualifications, experience, market data, and internal equity. Actual pay may vary due to factors such as location, skills, education, and performance. Pay is determined transparently, using market benchmarks and ensuring internal equity.
