Whether you're capturing live events, producing polished internal videos, or shaping content for digital platforms, this role will give you access to full-cycle video production and mentorship in a supportive team setting.

***Location: This role requires working from our Rutherford, NJ office two days per week.***

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Production : Assist in storyboarding, location scouting, scheduling, and organizing gear
  • Production : Support live shoots, set up and operate video, audio, and lighting equipment
  • Post-Production : Edit event footage, internal videos, and presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud; apply graphics, captions, and audio cleanup
  • Project Delivery : Export and deliver final assets for internal platforms, presentations, and social media
  • Equipment Management : Help maintain and manage video equipment inventory and support safe setup/teardown

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience : Entry-level (1 year of direct experience in videography/editing preferred)
  • Technical Skills : Adobe Creative Cloud, camera/audio gear setup, video editing basics
  • Soft Skills : Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and eager to learn
